Camper Applications
Camp is open to adults over the age of 18, and was created for those living with neuromuscular conditions, to help them connect, explore and thrive. If you have a question on whether you can attend camp or not please email us!
Campers, if you are in need of financial assistance for the camp cost please indicate this on your application.
Visit the Twin Cedars Camp website and create an account, from there fill out a Camper Application form for our camp. Feel free to message or email us with questions or concerns.
